2. Privacy notice (GDPR)
This is a pre-launch informational website. We keep data collection to a minimum.
What we process
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4) — loaded only after you accept the cookie banner. Used to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, country, device). IP addresses are anonymized. Data processor: Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.
- WhatsApp contact — if you choose to contact us via the WhatsApp button, you initiate a chat processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) under its own terms; we then see your phone number, profile name and message and use them solely to respond to your enquiry.
- E-mail contact — if you write to hello@kontevia.com, we process your e-mail address and message solely to respond.
Legal basis and retention
Analytics: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Answering enquiries: steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle them; you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, e-mail hello@kontevia.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the Czech Republic, the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ, uoou.gov.cz) or with your local authority.

- Country-specific capabilities (e-invoicing regimes such as KSeF, SdI, Verifactu, myDATA, SAF-T and similar) are rolled out per jurisdiction; the scope available on your plan is stated at kontevia.com/pricing.
