Billing details

| Annual payment | Pay for ten months, get twelve. |
| VAT | Prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT is applied according to your country and VAT status; businesses with a valid EU VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism. |

Payment and delivery
Online payments are processed for us by Comgate, a.s., a payment institution licensed and supervised by the Czech National Bank.
Card payment
You can pay by Visa or Mastercard. After you confirm the order you are redirected to the secure payment gateway of Comgate, where you enter your card details. The payment is authorised through your bank, including 3-D Secure verification, and you are returned to Kontevia with the result. Card details are entered on Comgate's side only — we never see or store them. How card payments work.
Bank transfer button
Instead of a card you can pay by an instant bank transfer: you pick your bank, are redirected to its internet banking with the payment pre-filled, and confirm it there. The payment is reported to us immediately. How bank transfers work.
Delivery of the service
Kontevia is delivered electronically. Access is activated immediately after the payment is confirmed, typically within a few minutes and no later than 24 hours, and we send the access details to your e-mail. There is no shipping and no delivery charge. If activation fails for reasons on our side, you get a full refund — see Refunds and cancellation.
