How do I start?
Create an account, select the country your business is registered in and send your first receipt by WhatsApp, e-mail or upload. Early access starts without a payment card.
How much does it cost?
Plans are Starter, Professional and Business, priced in euro excluding VAT and billed monthly or yearly. The current prices and document allowances are on the pricing page. Documents above the allowance are charged per document.
How does automatic processing work?
Kontevia reads the document, extracts the supplier, amounts, date and VAT breakdown, proposes a category and the VAT treatment under the rules of your country, and asks you to confirm anything uncertain.
Which countries are supported?
Kontevia is in early access for businesses in all 27 EU member states, and our country data covers their VAT rates, thresholds, filing periods and e-invoicing formats. Feature coverage differs by country: Czech companies get the most today (local exports, bank connection), and national e-invoicing platforms are not connected yet. The integrations page shows the current state.
Can my accountant use it?
Yes. Invite your accountant to your workspace or hand over exports as CSV, or as Pohoda, Money S3 and ISDOC for Czech companies. Accounting practices can manage several clients in one dashboard.
Can I cancel?
At any time, without a notice period, from your account or by e-mail. Your data remains available for export for 90 days after the paid period ends.
Ways to send documents
Chat (WhatsApp)
Photograph a receipt and send it to your Kontevia number. Reply in the same chat to correct anything.
Forward supplier invoices to your personal Kontevia inbox address, or set up automatic forwarding.
Dashboard
Upload files, including multi-page PDFs with many documents, and review everything in one place.
