Take a photo of the receipt and send it to your Kontevia number. You get a confirmation with the amount, supplier and category within seconds.
E-mail inbox
Every company gets its own inbox address. Forward supplier invoices or set it as the billing e-mail with your suppliers, and the PDFs are posted on arrival.
Dashboard upload
Drag PDFs, photos or multi-page scans into the browser. Good for month-end batches and for the accountant who prefers a screen to a phone.

Connect a channel
Register, pick your country and save your Kontevia WhatsApp number or inbox address. Two minutes, no installation.

Send the document
Photo, PDF or a short text such as “fuel at Shell, €45”. Kontevia reads the amount, date, supplier, VAT and currency.

Check the posting
The document is categorised and posted under the rules of your country. Anything uncertain is flagged for you to confirm with one tap.

Close the month
