Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. They keep the site working, remember your choices and, with your consent, measure how the site is used so that we can improve it.

This policy applies to kontevia.com and all its country versions. The consent you give applies to the whole site.

Strictly necessary (no consent required)

Needed for the site and the Service to work and to keep them secure: your cookie choice, the login session, protection of forms against abuse and load balancing. Without them the site does not function, so they cannot be switched off. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.

Analytics (only with your consent)

Help us understand how visitors use the site, which pages are popular and where problems occur. The data is aggregated and not used to target advertising. These tools are activated only after you accept analytics in the banner.

Marketing (only with your consent)

Used to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (conversions) and to personalise advertising through Google Ads. Until you consent, the advertising signals (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) remain denied. The db_attr cookie, which remembers the campaign you came from, is also set only with this consent.

• db_cookie_consent (strictly necessary): stores your cookie choice. Retention 13 months.
• Session and security cookies (strictly necessary): keep you signed in to the dashboard and protect forms. Retention: session, or up to 30 days when you choose to stay signed in.
• db_attr (marketing, only with your consent): remembers the campaign source and the advertising click identifier you came from so that we can measure campaigns. Retention up to 90 days. Deleted when you withdraw consent.
• Google Analytics 4 (analytics): anonymised visit statistics, provided by Google Ireland Ltd. Retention up to 14 months.
• Microsoft Clarity (analytics): anonymised analysis of page behaviour, provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. Retention up to 12 months.
• Google Ads (marketing): conversion measurement and advertising personalisation, provided by Google Ireland Ltd. Retention up to 24 months.
• Vercel Analytics (strictly necessary): performance measurement of the site without cookies and without identifying the visitor.

Google Analytics 4 is deployed on the website and in the advisers directory and loads only after you accept analytics cookies (IP anonymisation, Google Consent Mode v2); without consent it does not load at all. Microsoft Clarity and Google Ads are not deployed at the moment; they are listed because they would run only within the consent categories described here.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the button below or the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings; the banner will then appear again on your next visit.
