E-invoicing networks
Peppol and the national systems. Kontevia does not issue or receive structured e-invoices yet: support is planned country by country. Today you issue PDF invoices with a payment QR code.
Peppol
The EU-wide network behind most public-sector invoicing and the basis for ViDA. Support for Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 (UBL) in Kontevia is planned; sending and receiving over Peppol is not available yet.

Banks
Automatic bank connection is available for selected banks in Czechia today: transactions are downloaded and matched to invoices and expenses. Connections for banks in other EU countries through PSD2 open banking are planned.

Receipts and invoices are collected wherever they appear. The processing is the same for all of them.
Photograph the receipt, send it to your Kontevia number and it is posted. No extra app.

PDFs, photos and multi-page scans uploaded in the browser, one at a time or in a batch.
Excel and CSV export
The universal export. Every document, invoice and bank transaction with its full VAT breakdown in XLSX or CSV, ready for any accounting software, a pivot table or your accountant’s own templates.
