Kontevia for accounting practices
Your clients send receipts by chat. You get clean data.
Stop chasing shoeboxes. Clients photograph receipts and forward invoices as they come in; Kontevia extracts and categorises them, and you review, correct and export to the software you already run.
Where the paperwork hurts
Documents arrive late and incomplete
The quarter closes and clients bring a folder with gaps. You spend the first week asking for missing invoices.
Retyping into the practice software
Every document is typed once by the client and once by you. The second time is your margin.
Clients in several countries
A Berlin client with a Polish subsidiary and an Austrian sole trader means three sets of rates, thresholds and deadlines to remember.
What Kontevia does for you
Multi-client dashboard
All your clients in one view: what arrived, what needs review and what is missing. Switch between clients without switching accounts.
Export to your software
Booked documents leave as CSV for any practice software, and for Czech clients as Pohoda, Money S3 or ISDOC. DATEV and Odoo exports are planned.
Client portal
Clients see their documents, invoices and what is missing. You approve categories and leave notes; the client answers by chat.
Country rules built in
VAT rates, thresholds, filing periods and e-invoicing mandates for all 27 EU countries are in our country data and free tools, so a client in another country is not a research project.
Partner programme
Practices that bring clients onto Kontevia take part in a revenue share and get priority support. Details on the partner page.
Kontevia is in early access. Connections to national e-invoicing and clearance systems are not available yet; support is planned country by country.

Rules that apply to you in Ireland
- Clients in Ireland: standard VAT 23 %, returns filed monthly or quarterly, depending on turnover. Deadline: 23rd of the month following the taxable period (via ROS); bi-monthly periods starting Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep and Nov; annual Return of Trading Details and VIES by the 23rd
- Chart of accounts used in the export for Ireland: No national chart of accounts; FRS 102 / FRS 105 (Irish GAAP) and Companies Act 2014 Schedule 3 formats.
- B2B e-invoicing via Peppol becomes mandatory in 2028; support for the receiving and issuing formats in Kontevia is planned.
Rates and thresholds come from our country data for Ireland and are checked against official sources. Always confirm the current values with your tax authority or accountant before filing.
Our sister product DokladBot processed 2,455 documents in its Czech pilot (Apr–Aug 2026). Kontevia runs on the same engine, extended with rules for all 27 EU countries.
Frequently asked questions
How many clients can I manage?
There is no limit on the number of clients in the practice dashboard. Each client has their own Kontevia plan; your practice account sees all of them.
Which exports are available?
Generic CSV for any practice software, and Pohoda XML, Money S3 and ISDOC for Czech companies. DATEV (Buchungsstapel) and Odoo are planned; tell us which format you need.
Can I map categories to my own chart of accounts?
Yes. You define the mapping once per client and Kontevia uses your account numbers in every export.
What does the partner programme offer?
A revenue share on the subscriptions of clients you bring, priority support and early access to new country features. The current terms are on the partner programme page.
