How it works

    In ChatGPT settings open Apps and connectors and enable developer mode.

    Create a connector with the Kontevia endpoint address and OAuth authentication.

  3. 3

    Log in with your Kontevia account and allow access.

  4. 4

    Ask in your language: overdue invoices, VAT for the period, top suppliers, upcoming deadlines.

What is transferred

  • Read access to documents, invoices, VAT summaries and deadlines
  • Proposals only for new invoices or documents; you approve in the dashboard
  • Nothing is filed or sent by the assistant
  • Access revocable at any time in settings

Is the connector in the ChatGPT app directory?

Not yet. During early access it is added through developer mode, which takes a few minutes; the steps are on this page.

Does it work on the free ChatGPT plan?

In our test the connector works on the free plan; set-up is done in a desktop browser and then works in the mobile app too.

What can ChatGPT see?

Only your data, only after you log in, and only with read and propose rights. Filing a VAT return or sending an invoice always happens in the dashboard.
