Frequently asked questions
Can I save a column set?
Not yet. Each record type has a fixed set of columns; saved column templates are on the roadmap.
Which encoding is used?
UTF-8 with a byte order mark, so Excel shows accented characters correctly. Other encodings, such as Windows-1250 or Windows-1252, are not offered yet.
Is there an API instead?
Business includes API keys for your own scripts. Webhooks are not available yet.
