Odoo export

Odoo is used by small companies across the EU with official localisations for most member states. An Odoo export is planned and not available yet; until then you hand over your documents through the CSV export.

How it works

  3. 3

You will download an import file prepared for Odoo.

  4. 4

You review the bills in Odoo and post them.

What is transferred

  • Partner records (name, VAT ID, address)
  • Document images as attachments
  • Payment status from bank matching

Frequently asked questions

Which Odoo versions will be supported?

The export is still being designed. Tell us your Odoo version and edition so we can plan for it.

Will it work with my country localisation?

That is the goal: the mapping is planned to use the tax and account codes of the localisation installed in your Odoo database. Until then, use the CSV export.

Can Odoo be the master and Kontevia just the capture tool?

That is the set-up we plan for: documents captured and read in Kontevia, posted in Odoo. Today the handover goes through the CSV export.
